This is the Jubilee's plan to kick out Raila out of government if he wins the October 17th presidential elections

President Uhuru Kenyatta has stated that the Jubilee Party will impeach the National Super Alliance (NASA) leader, Raila Odinga, if he (Raila) wins the repeat presidential election on October 17.

Speaking on Monday during a meeting with Kamba leaders at State House, Nairobi, President Uhuru noted that his party has a tyranny of numbers in both Houses (Parliament, Senate) and the leaders can amend the Constitution at any time.
“If Raila is elected how will he lead? How? In the last Senate we could not pass Bills but presently, we can do business without a single NASA member. In the National Assembly, with over 200 members we are 13 members shy of a two-thirds majority meaning we can change the Constitution. We have to tell Kenyans the truth. Even if he is elected we have the opportunity in Parliament within two [to] three months to impeach him,” said the Head of State.
He, however, did not explain in detail reasons that would lead to the impeachment.
