Embakasi East MP Hon Babu Owino has been arrested for hate speech utterance and taken to CID Headquarters to record statement.
This was during NASA campaign rally in Westlands and Dagoretti North yesterday. Babu Owino showed some disrespect to president Uhuru, terming to 'mtoto wa mbwa' meaning 'dog's puppy'.
This utterance has caused alot of heat in social media, leading to Jubilee supporters to demonstrate in Kiambu.
