Alex Mutuku came into the public eye for being charged in court with hacking KRA systems and managing to steal four billion shillings.
He now claims he is being framed by persons he does not know, to cover up for the real thieves of the money.
According to his response statement, he said I had never been an employee in KRA. I don't know anyone who works at KRA, he added.
