This is what President Uhuru told Raila not to do since he is not President

President Uhuru Kenyatta has told NASA leader Raila Odinga to wait until he becomes president before he starts issuing executive orders. This followed the latter's remarks that there would be no harm if national exams are postponed to allow for fresh elections ordered by the court.

"You are a candidate my brother, you are not a president. And I am telling you that as the president of Kenya," Uhuru said at Kapkatet on Friday. "He should know he’s just a candidate. If he wants to be president and issue orders, he should first go through elections."
"IEBC is an independent body and I will not interfere with their work. Similarly, they should not allow our competitors to interfere with their work." "Do your job. Prepare yourselves to allow Kenyans to elect their president on October 2017," he added. Uhuru said he will go back to the polls for the sake of peace even though he knows he won last month's vote.
