You will not get a single vote from Bomet this time round, Governor Joyce Laboso has told NASA’s Raila Odinga.
“We will ensure the 31,000 votes that the opposition got and the more than 60,000 votes that were not cast at that time all will be voted to the Jubilee administration,” she said.
Laboso addressed the press moments after she witnessed the swearing-in of MCAs . Twenty-six MCAs are elected and 11 nominated. David Shadrack Rotich was elected speaker and Wesley Kiprotich deputy speaker.
Laboso said the Supreme Court ruling has provided a chance to confirm the county is a Jubilee zone. “We are now going to show the country that our people still support the UhuRuto administration and that NASA in Bomet can be reduced to zero,” she said.
