Who is the most exciting team in the Premier League so far this season?

There's another blockbuster line-up of Premier League football on Sky Sports this weekend - including the most exciting sides in the division.

It's first vs second when Manchester City travel to Tottenham on Super Sunday, while Jurgen Klopp's free-scoring Liverpool and in-form Arsenal are also live on Sky Sports.
But which team is the most exciting in the Premier League so far this term? We take a look at the stats.

Manchester City top the charts for goals with a huge 18 goals scored in six games. Pep Guardiola's men have made a 100 per cent start to the season, and average three goals per game.
Liverpool are the league's second-most prolific side, just two goals behind. However, Liverpool have also scored the joint-most goals from outside the box, firing in the same number of screamers as Burnley.

Arsenal are also a close third - with an average of 2.5 goals per game this far - with Manchester United (12), Chelsea and Tottenham (both 10) making up the top six - although Spurs are yet to score from outside the box this season.

Liverpool have created the most chances of any Premier League side this season - doing so 97 times - which coincides with their second place standing for the number of goals scored.
Tottenham and Man City follow the Reds for the number of chances created, with Guardiola's men also hitting the woodwork the most number of times of any Premier League side, doing so on four occasions.

Southampton and Everton are also worthy inclusions after their strong starts to the season, with Chelsea level with Ronald Koeman's men on 76 chances created to round off the top six.

Klopp's men once again take the plaudits for this one, having the most number of shots in the Premier League this season with 117 and getting 43 of them on target - also the most in the top flight so far.
Their rivals across the park in Everton are second in terms of shots on target but have only the eighth highest number of total shots, while Man City have the third highest tally in both categories.

Southampton, Chelsea and Manchester United are all fairing similarly in terms of their shots so far this season - although the Saints could do with being more clinical with their efforts. They've scored just seven goals so far this season.

Some new names entering the frame for this one, with Crystal Palace making a whopping 167 crosses in just six Premier League fixtures which works out at an average of 28 per game.
Swansea and Stoke also feature, while Southampton, Manchester United and Chelsea are once again on a par in this category so far this season.

Interestingly, Liverpool have had the second-lowest number of crosses or corners - 92 - while Man City are fifth from bottom with 100 so far this season.

In terms of goals, chances and shots, Liverpool and Manchester City are certainly leading the way for the most entertaining Premier League club and you can watch them both live on Sky Sports this weekend.
Their low number of crosses and corners so far this season certainly says a lot about their style of play - preferring to play a passing game - rather than using the height of their players as teams like Crystal Palace do with the likes of Christian Benteke in their ranks.

Southampton and Everton can certainly be included in the mix - although they will want to be putting more of their chances and shots away - while Chelsea and Manchester United are all giving their fans plenty of entertainment.
