Another plane crashes in Ngong, instructor and pilot trainee injured - PHOTOs

An instructor and a pilot trainee were Monday injured after a light aircraft crashed in Kibiku area, Ngong in Kajiado County.

Ngong Police Boss Richard Bittok said the two had left taken off from Wilson Airport for training sessions when the plane went down a few minutes later.
The two were rushed to a nearby hospital after the aircraft overturned in the maize field.

The aircraft, Cessna 152, registration number 5Y-NNC, belongs to Wilson Airport-based Ninety Nines Flying School in Nairobi.
The plane reportedly developed mechanical problems before it came down.
