 Akothee made a surprise appearance on Citizen TV’s #10over10 show to clear the air on speculations surrounding her ‘mzungu husband’ – rumours that were sparked after her ‘wedding pictures’ went viral.
 So, just who is the mystery man Akothee was kissing?
“He is a man, not my fiancée or my husband,” she told #10over10 host Joey Muthengi.
 The singer explained that her new music video, which was shot in South Africa, was a rehearsal of sorts for her wedding.
“I am rehearsing for my wedding to come. It will be in November 5,” Akothee said, adding: “The song will be played on my wedding day.”
