A matatu was on Saturday afternoon set on fire along Thika Superhighway by angry bodabodariders after one of their operators knocked down by the matatu.
The bodaboda operators took the action after the matatu, which was ferrying passengers from the city center to Roysambu, hit the victim. However, the condition of the victim could not immediately be established.
The incident caused heavy traffic snarl up along the busy road as a huge crowd milled around the scene of the accident.
